The purpose of corn purification is to remove all non-raw materials, such as iron, sand, stone, straw, etc., to ensure the normal operation of equipment and improve the quality of starch.
Corn raw materials (mature corn should be used, corn excessively dried at high temperatures should not be used) are transported to the cleaning screen through a bucket elevator for purification such as screening, stone removal, and magnetic separation. The purified corn is transported to a steel plate silo for storage by bucket elevators and belt conveyors. The dust generated during transportation is removed by cyclone separators, pulse dust removal and other equipment.
