Why does every starch production line require special customization?
Every starch production line requires special customization because each line must be configured according to the type of raw materials processed, the daily processing tonnage, whether it is an automated or manual line, the specific conditions of the construction site, and the local weather (whether it is mostly humid or dry, which determines if drying equipment is needed), among other specific factors.
Additionally, some customers have special requirements, such as whether to use one or two silos (using one is more cost-effective; using two offers greater flexibility), whether the customer can provide their own boiler, whether to choose a screw or piston air compressor, and whether a wastewater treatment system is needed.
Therefore, as a relatively complex overall project, starch processing lines are often specially customized according to the specific needs of each customer.
