Timeliness of Cassava Processing
The growth cycle of cassava is approximately ten months. Cassava planted in the spring (around February) reaches its harvest period from November to January of the following year.
In addition, cassava has a high starch content and is not easy to store; fresh cassava will spoil in about 3 to 7 days. Therefore, after harvesting cassava, it must be sent to a factory for timely processing or processed into dried cassava slices.
With decades of advanced technology, our company can provide a complete, automated production line, from raw cassava to packaged commercial starch. We can customize a special production line for each client based on their specific needs (daily processing capacity, length × width of the construction site, etc.).
Since the manufacturing of the required equipment for the production line takes several months, we ask that clients who need to build a cassava starch production line contact our company in advance. This allows us to promptly manufacture, transport, assemble, and debug the entire production line for you, helping you process your harvested cassava in a timely manner.
